Tips to Reduce Your Body Weight
1. Keep your mouth clean by using mouthwash, in order to avoid eating snacks, fat content stuffs etc.
2. When you feel hungry, eat papaya, cucumber and tomato mix salad and drink 1 glass of warm water.
3. Do not eat heavy meals in wedding occasion, parties etc.
4. Remove butter from milk and drink it.
5. Avoid eating snacks.
6. Avoid eating your favorite food.
